General Manager and COO Cardlytics

Amit is Cardlytics’ Chief Operating Officer and the General Manager of Bridg. Prior to Cardlytics, Amit was at Stripe, with leadership roles in global partnerships and banking products. Before Stripe, Amit was at Google in Geo, home to Google’s location related products. As part of the Geo Exec leadership team, he was responsible for product + engineering execution and strategy for Google Maps, Local Search, Food, Maps Enterprise Platform, and Google SMBs. Previously, Amit founded and was the CEO of a series of startups, and he led the companies’ product vision and scaled the business. He started his career at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he was a Partner in the Tech practice and served global clients across industries including Media, Financial Services, and Consumer Products.

Kelly Jones

Chief of Staff

Kelly oversees all administrative functions and directs the day-to-day activities of the Bridg leadership team. He has 20 years of experience scaling-up startups in Ad Tech, Entertainment, Hospitality, and Financial Services. Kelly began his career in credit card operations with 7 years at Bank One and transitioned to building new and emerging online companies, including iBank, ePolicy, Spot Runner TV, and the Sony Pictures Digital Entertainment movie studio consortium Movielink, which launched the first-ever movie streaming service. Kelly loves international travel and has visited over 20 countries in the past 5 years.

Chief Revenue Officer

Neil is driving the revenue growth at Bridg and oversees all sales and marketing. He’s a retail media veteran with over 15 years of experience leading teams, and working with retailers to build their monetization businesses. Neil was previously at Criteo, where he was the SVP of New Business for their retail media vertical. Before his new business role, Neil led the brand sales team as VP and drove two years of strong growth through COVID. Prior to Criteo, Neil spent 16 years at Walmart.com, where he held multiple roles as a merchant leading different departments and started Walmart Connect in 2010, an advertising business which grew to become the largest profit line on Walmart.com’s P&L. He attended Iona University and was drafted out of college as a minor league baseball player for the Philadelphia Phillies. Neil keeps up his active lifestyle by running marathons, crossfit, and coaching his daughter’s competitive softball team.

Cesar leads the Client Partner organization at Bridg and is responsible for three key areas - onboarding, customer success, and professional services. Cesar has over 15 years of leadership experience at enterprise software companies and in the enterprise consulting space. Most recently, Cesar led the customer success group at Salesforce across the west and central regions for enterprise customers with annual recurring revenues of over $250M, including Toyota, Honda, LiveNation, Fox, and Disney. Cesar started his career at Accenture, where he helped lead large-scale implementations for Fortune 500 customers such as Best Buy, Cisco Systems, Microsoft, and Disney. He has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Amanda is the VP of Finance at Bridg. Prior to this role, Amanda was at Stripe, responsible for the finance & strategy work for Issuing and Treasury products. Prior to Stripe, Amanda led the corporate finance organization for Square. Previously she spent the majority of her career at Wayfair expanding the worlds largest online furniture store into the UK and Germany. She has a BS from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Head of Platform and Media Partnerships

Jared leads partnerships at Bridg. Prior to shifting to the Bridg business, Jared led enterprise advertising partnerships for Cardlytics, where he and his team were focused on driving incremental revenue and actionable consumer insights for advertisers. Before joining Cardlytics in 2010, Jared ran sales and business development for Yahoo!’s data feed-based advertising programs, powering Yahoo! Search, Yahoo! Shopping, and Yahoo! Travel. Jared began his digital advertising career in sales and business development at Overture Services and AltaVista.

Greg Muchnik

Head of Engineering

Greg leads the Engineering team at Bridg, and he is an experienced leader who is passionate about building, motivating, and developing high performing teams. Greg was a software developer at Motorola and Yahoo working on a wide range of projects from embedded devices, Bluetooth accessories, and huge distributed systems processing petabytes of data every day. Moving into engineering management at Yahoo, Greg was responsible for data pipelines that supported Search, Native, Video, and Display advertising systems. He is a two time graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a BS in Computer Engineering and a Masters in Computer Science.

Built exclusively for brick and mortar retailers and their CPG brand partners, our platform helps solve a long-standing challenge: identifying and targeting in-store customers that aren’t part of loyalty or rewards programs. With Bridg, clients can leverage credit and debit cards to expand beyond loyalty and target all customers, helping to optimize media spend and accelerating top-line growth.
