Amit Jain
Amit Jain
Amit started Bridg with a vision to empower offline businesses to become customer-centric like Amazon and Google. The Bridg journey began when Amit left Google in 2012, where he founded their vertical search product and authored multiple patents. Prior to Google, Amit co-founded and served as the Head of Business for Terra Matrix Media and Savings.com. Amit also created the vision for YouMail.com and their initial launch in 2007 as part of his MBA program at UCLA Anderson School of Management. He has received the UCLA Chancellor’s Excellence in Leadership Award and was recently named one of the 50 Most Influential People in the Restaurant Industry.

Rony Sawdayi
Rony Sawdayi
Rony is responsible for technology, innovation, and the high-performance teams who deliver scalable and reliable Bridg solutions. Rony was previously VP of Engineering at Shopzilla/Connexity, where he developed diverse software products and services that included Big Data platforms and large affiliate programs serving billions of impressions per day. Rony is well known for his keen data-focused professionalism, integrity, and diligence.

Steve Dietch
Steve Dietch
Steve is driving the revenue growth at Bridg with responsibility for sales and marketing. He brings over 25 years of global, cross-functional experience in multi-billion-dollar and start-up environments. Steve was previously VP of Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s $3B Worldwide Service Provider business and CRO of several early stage enterprise software companies. He was a member of the United States National Team to the World Cross Country Championships and is a fluent Swedish speaker.

Cesar Sanchez
Cesar Sanchez
Cesar leads the Client Partner organization at Bridg and is responsible for three key areas - onboarding, customer success, and professional services. Cesar has over 15 years of leadership experience at enterprise software companies and in the enterprise consulting space. Most recently, Cesar led the customer success group at Salesforce across the west and central regions for enterprise customers with annual recurring revenues of over $250M, including Toyota, Honda, LiveNation, Fox, and Disney. Cesar started his career at Accenture, where he helped lead large-scale implementations for Fortune 500 customers such as Best Buy, Cisco Systems, Microsoft, and Disney. He has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Kelly Jones
Kelly Jones
Kelly oversees all administrative functions at Bridg including Human Resources and directs the day-to-day activities of the Bridg leadership team. He has 20 years of experience scaling-up startups in Ad Tech, Entertainment, Hospitality, and Financial Services. Kelly began his career in credit card operations with 7 years at Bank One and transitioned to building new and emerging online companies, including iBank, ePolicy, Spot Runner TV, and the Sony Pictures Digital Entertainment movie studio consortium Movielink, which launched the first-ever movie streaming service. Kelly was the first executive hired by Bridg CEO Amit Jain and built-out company operations for Sales, Client Services, Accounting, and Facilities. Kelly loves international travel and has visited over 20 countries in the past 5 years.

Senior Client Partner | Remote - US
The Bridg Client Partnerships team is seeking a team member to build and enhance successful partnerships with national restaurant and retail brands. The Client Partner owns the relationship with clients and will lead the end-to-end client experience at Bridg that maximizes client satisfaction, client usage, retention and organic revenue growth.

The Client Partnerships team is the external arm of Bridg and works with the nation's largest and most exciting organizations in the brick and mortar space.

This job requires a high level of execution to help clients develop innovative campaigns and understand their customer's behavior. You should expect to handle day-to-day operations, be able to field and prioritize incoming client requests, troubleshoot client issues and improve client performance.

Principal Technical Product Manager for Identification | Remote - US
Bridg is seeking a senior level, experienced Principal Technical Product Manager. As Principal Technical Product Manager of our Identification product line at Bridg you are responsible for defining, prioritizing, planning, and driving execution of the core identification and enrichment capabilities of our SaaS product. You will use your understanding of data processing, client needs, business acumen and engineering wherewithal to drive results for and with your team, bringing cutting-edge customer identification and data enrichment products to market.

You will work extensively with our customer-facing team and cross functionally with Client Partnerships, Engineering and Sales in order to successfully prioritize features and develop the products that our customers want and need.

We are a Big Data company, and we are looking for your specific experience building great data products that leverage leading edge technologies. For your reference, our tech stack includes Snowflake, Java, DynamoDB, Flink, Docker, Elastic Search, AWS, and a variety of Microservices.

Senior Director, Enterprise Sales | Los Angeles, CA / Remote - US
As a Sales Executive, you will develop new customer opportunities and close sales for Bridg offerings with enterprise brick and mortar retailers.

In this role, you will work to profile and research market opportunities, define and influence across the entire decision-making process and work with key stakeholders such as client C- level executives (e.g; CMO, Chief Digital Officer, Chief Analytics Officer) and key 3rd party influencers such as System Integrators, Consultancies and Digital Agencies to understand the business environment, identify priorities, and develop differentiated solutions to solve the prospects challenges.

You will contribute to business growth in a fast paced and collaborative atmosphere as a valued member of the Bridg team. The primary measures of your success will be opportunities created and closed sales.

Software Engineer | Champaign, IL / Los Angeles, CA
Bridg (a division of Cardlytics) is looking for a Software Engineer who will design and implement a highly scalable, data integration and transformation platform. You will create and build the platform that includes ingestion and transformation of data, data governance, machine learning, analytics, and consumer insights.

At Bridg, you will solve complex problems with a business that celebrates innovation and values your contributions. We want you to wake up each day excited to use the latest tools/technologies and software development practices. Our platform is a combination of microservices and a large-scale, near-real-time data pipeline (handling 10s of billions of data points of sale transaction data from major retailers).

Our current tech stack includes Flink, Cassandra, ElasticSearch, AWS Athena, Glue, Redshift, EMR, DynamoDB, Snowflake, and Java Spring Boot based microservices.
